In listening sessions, employees shared accessing information and services had become increasingly fragmented and frustrating. As the company scaled for the future, it needed a solution that created a unified, simplified experience, eliminated complexity, bridged gaps across teams and streamlined access to services. My Vertex, a personalized portal with 3M views in four years and a 90% positive feedback rating, became the solution.
