Biography

Bill McDermott is one of the technology industry’s most admired and accomplished leaders. In November 2019 he joined ServiceNow as President, Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors. The fastest growing enterprise cloud company at scale, ServiceNow’s purpose is to make the world of work, work better for people. Prior to ServiceNow, McDermott served as Chief Executive Officer of SAP, the largest maker of business software with more than 100,000 employees and 425,000 customers worldwide. During his tenure, SAP’s market value soared from $39B to more than $160B as all key metrics tripled or quadrupled. SAP employees routinely rated McDermott in the high 90s on employment websites, making him one of the most popular business leaders in the world. In 2014 he authored Winners Dream: A Journey from Corner Store to Corner Office. The best-selling memoir chronicled McDermott’s roots as a small business owner and his remarkable rise up the corporate chain of command at iconic brands like Xerox, Gartner, Siebel Systems and SAP. He has received countless awards for his business and civic leadership, including the Silicon Valley Leadership Group’s Lifetime Achievement Award and the Children’s Aid Society of New York’s Promise Award. A recreational basketball player, McDermott is the grandson of Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame inductee Bobby McDermott.

At ServiceNow, Gina is developing and leading world-class teams focused on driving customer success. As Chief Financial Officer, her global organization spans all aspects of Finance, including Accounting and Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Audit, Risk & Compliance, Real Estate & Workplace Services, and more.

Gina is a member of ServiceNow’s executive leadership team and is committed to helping ServiceNow continue to deliver incredible value to customers, employees, and shareholders.

Prior to her current role, Gina served as Chief Financial Officer of Ingram Micro Inc. She was responsible for the company’s global Finance organization, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Mergers & Acquisitions, Treasury and Risk Management, Financial Operations, Accounting and Reporting, Internal Audit, Tax, Investor Relations, and Global Business Processes.

She joined Ingram Micro in April 2013 from Revlon Inc., where she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer, Controller, and International Chief Financial Officer, responsible for managing all aspects of External Reporting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Corporate Accounting, and International Finance. She also was a key contributor in the area of Corporate Finance and Investor Relations.

Before Revlon, Mastantuono held various finance executive roles, including four years with InterActiveCorp., a $6-billion, publicly traded operator of a diversified portfolio of specialized and global brands, and four years with Triarc Companies, Inc., a consumer products company with holdings that have included Snapple, RC Cola and Arby's. She began her career at Ernst & Young, LLP in New York, where she was a manager in the entrepreneurial services group.

The National Diversity Council has twice named her one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology. She is a certified public accountant with more than 20 years of finance experience.

Mastantuono attended the State University of New York at Albany, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting and business administration.

Biography

Chris Bedi joined ServiceNow as CIO in September 2015. Prior to ServiceNow, Bedi served as CIO of JDSU from August 2011 to March 2015 where he was responsible for IT, Facilities, and Indirect Procurement. Prior to JDSU, Bedi held various positions at VeriSign from April 2002 until August 2011, including CIO, VP Corporate Development, and VP HR Operations. Bedi began his career at KPMG Consulting in June of 1996. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan.

Biography

David has 30+ years of IT industry sales, marketing, alliances & business development experience and serves as the Senior Vice President, Global Alliances & Channel Ecosystem at ServiceNow. David’s organization is charted to transform & create a vibrant, world-class Global Partner Ecosystem that enables & accelerates ServiceNow’s growth to $10B+ via a new global-regional operating model, along with the associated initiatives and strategic programs to equip, enable and empower the global partner community.

Prior to ServiceNow, David served as the Global Vice President, Strategic Systems Integrators & Outsourcers at VMware. His organization was chartered to develop and establish the Global SISO 'route to market' as a strategic growth enabler for VMware's portfolio of next generation Hybrid Cloud Services platforms on their journey to $10B+ and in support of their transformation from a ‘single product/perpetual license’ company to ‘platforms’ delivered via a SaaS model. The SISO RTM represented 25% of net new bookings & 10% of corporate revenue upon his departure up from 10% & 2%, respectively upon joining VMware.

David joined VMware from CSC where he architected and led the Corporate Global Alliances function, including responsibility for the associated Partner Management Governance System for the Company. He had the transformational responsibility to rationalize and align the GTM alliance partner strategy and priorities across CSC's global units and 'industrialized services offering' portfolio leveraging CSC's Offering Lifecycle Management process in support of their corporate growth strategy and transition from a ‘holding company’ to an ‘operating company’ model. David also served for three years as CSC’s Chief Marketing Officer with responsibility for all Brand, Demand, Partner & Digital Marketing initiatives & programs to support the growth objectives of the key ‘global service lines’ and sales.

Prior to VMware, David spent 12+ years at Compaq-HP in a variety of P&L, business development, marketing, solutions and alliance exec leadership roles.

Biography

Catherine (Cat) Lang is responsible for making sure that the people who sell, architect, implement, administer, and use ServiceNow solutions have the proven skills and knowledge they need to be wildly successful. Cat looks after Enablement, Training, and Certification for ServiceNow’s customers, partners, and customer success team members and, in that role, brings content, programs, and operational support to everyone who is or aspires to be part of the ServiceNow ecosystem. Prior to joining ServiceNow in late 2017, Cat was part of the Executive Leadership Team at Appirio (a Wipro Company) as Chief Learning Officer and Change Management Practice Owner and where, at times, she was also CHRO, Head of Product Strategy and Development, and Community lead. In previous lives, Cat was head of Google Enterprise University and Vice President of Training and Certification at Salesforce. Cat holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University and is currently completing her post-graduate work at the University of Southern California.
