A self-described shy student who did not enjoy speaking up in class, Shreya entered the ServiceNow ecosystem with a fierce belief in one thing: learning should never stop. Within a month, she had earned her Certified System Administrator credential, but the real transformation was just beginning.

Being a part of the ServiceNow Community changed everything. Through meetups, conversations, and a growing sense of belonging, Shreya discovered that contributing wasn't just valuable...it was fun. Confidence followed and with it, a passion for mentoring others.
