Attending Knowledge

Register today on the Knowledge website. It’s fast and easy. Just sign in with your ServiceNow credentials or create an account. 

Once logged into the experience, use the tabs at the top of the page to navigate all available content. 

  • Home – Start here to see the Channels and the featured content we have available for you.

  • Library – Explore the library for a complete list of sessions. Use the filters on your left to find what you’re looking for.

  • My List – View a list of sessions that you’ve indicated as your favorite.

  • Sponsors – See our sponsors and click on their logos to view related content.

We offer hundreds of on-demand sessions tailored to various workflows, industries, and programs. Explore our Library to find the content most relevant to your business.

The Knowledge 2021 content will be available on demand until October 2021.

Our Knowledge on-demand sessions are closed captioned and provided in multiple languages. Though we do not provide ASL, our viewers may use their own additional equipment alongside our captioning to solve for specific needs

Now Learning Live

Now Learning Live is an exclusive, online training event giving attendees the opportunity to quickly raise their ServiceNow skills. Complete an instructor-led course, engage with other industry professionals, and have some fun—all at a significant discount over our regularly-scheduled classes.  

Now Learning Live at Knowledge 2021 took place May 4-6, 2021. 

The upcoming Now Learning Live event is scheduled for October 2021.

Attendees to Now Learning Live benefit by building expertise, making valuable connections, and gaining the skills needed to get the most out of ServiceNow.   

Enabling cookies in your preferred browser will streamline your event log-in and deliver the best overall Knowledge experience.

1. Windows user - Click the Chrome menu and select Settings.  
2. Mac user - choose Chrome > Preferences
3. Near the bottom of the page, click Show advanced settings
4. Click Privacy and Security > Cookies and other site data 
5. Select the option:  Allow all Cookies or Block third-party cookies in Incognito
6. Close and reload your browser.

1. Windows user - Click on the Tools menu and select Options.
2. Mac user - Choose Firefox > Preferences.
3.  Select the Privacy & Security panel.
4. Under Cookies and site data, click the checkbox to Accept cookies and site data from websites.
Note: Make sure that Accept third-party cookies and site data is set to Always
5. Close and reload the browser.

1. Choose Safari > Preferences and click Privacy
2. Make sure that Prevent Cross-Site Tracking and Block all cookies not enabled.
3. Close and reload the browser.

1. Click on the 3 horizontal dots on the top right corner and click Internet Options
2. Scroll nearly to the bottom of the page to Advanced Settings
3. In the Privacy Section, scroll to a text box with 3 options to Allow/Block the cookies
4. Select Don’t block cookies.

1. Click on the Settings icon and locate Safari. 
2. Click on Safari and go nearly to the bottom of the page to Privacy & Security section. 
3. Make sure that Block all cookies and Prevent Cross-Site Tracking are not enabled. 
4. Close and reopen the browser.

1. Click the three vertical dots on the top right corner in Chrome and select Setting
2. Locate the Advanced Section and go to Site Settings
3. Inside the site settings, click on Cookies and select Allow cookies or Block third-part cookies in incognito checkbox. 
4. Close and reload the browser.
