Will you be hosting Knowledge 2020 digitally?

The Knowledge 2020 digital experience will showcase all the ways you can unlock productivity through modern digital workflows, highlight the latest customer and platform innovations, and inspire the ServiceNow community to continue to create great experiences for businesses.

We are working quickly to determine our digital plans for Knowledge in order to provide some of the fantastic content we have for you. As our plans come together, we will let you know what options are available for participating in our digital event.

Registration, Payments, and Changes

What happens to my Knowledge 2020 registration for the in-person event?

All passes purchased for Knowledge 2020 will be fully refunded to the original form of payment in approximately 30-60 days. Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions as quickly as possible. If you purchased a pass through an order form, our team will be in contact with you to confirm the cancellation details. For additional questions, please contact us at knowledge@servicenow.com.

Will there be a cost for the Knowledge 2020 digital experience?

We will not be charging for attending the Knowledge 2020 digital experience.

Can I roll over my registration for Knowledge 2020 to next year’s event?

We will not be rolling over registrations but instead offering full refunds for 2020.

What happens to my convenience package?

All convenience packages purchased for Knowledge 2020 will be fully refunded to the original form of payment in approximately 30-60 days. Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions as quickly as possible. If you purchased a convenience package through a sales order or other form of payment, our team will be in contact with you to confirm the cancellation details. What happens to my passes purchased through order forms?

All passes purchased for Knowledge 2020 will be fully refunded to the original form of payment in approximately 30-60 days. Due to the high volume of refunds to be processed, we appreciate your patience as we work to initiate all transactions as quickly as possible. If you purchased a pass through an order form, our team will be in contact with you to confirm the cancellation details. For additional questions, please contact us at knowledge@servicenow.com.

I purchased a conference training. Will I receive a refund?

If you purchased conference training at Knowledge 2020, you will receive a full refund. In addition, you will have the option of taking that course (or any course from our catalog) in a future public class.

- Each person will be given a user-specific code that will discount any training class by $705. This reduces:

  • Any 2-day public training class to the Knowledge price of $995
  • Any 3-day public training class to $1695

- Codes will be emailed from ServiceNow with usage instructions.

- Discount codes are not transferable. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us at training@servicenow.com.

- Discount codes are valid through August 31, 2020.

Accommodations

How do I cancel my hotel reservation?

Reservations made through the Knowledge 2020 registration system will be cancelled on your behalf. Cancellations will be processed within 5 to 7 business days and you will receive an email with the confirmation details.

 

Note: If you booked a hotel outside of the Knowledge 2020 registration system, you are responsible for the cancellation of that reservation and any associated costs.

I booked a hotel through the Knowledge 2020 website; can I still keep the hotel room?

No. All hotel reservations associated with Knowledge will be canceled.

Will I receive reimbursement for hotels booked outside the registration system?

If you have made a reservation outside of the Knowledge 2020 registration system, please contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservation.

Airfare and hotel is the sole responsibility of the individual and will not be reimbursed.

Over the past few weeks, we have been closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 pandemic. In order to protect the health and safety of our Knowledge 2020 attendees, partners, and community, we have made the decision to make Knowledge 2020 a digital community event that will launch on May 5 in place of the in-person event in Orlando, FL.

The Knowledge 2020 digital experience will showcase all the ways you can unlock productivity through modern digital workflows, highlight the latest customer and platform innovations, and inspire the ServiceNow community to continue to create great experiences for businesses.

In the coming days and weeks, we will provide details about the Knowledge 2020 digital experience. We are committed to creating a phenomenal digital experience that will engage, inspire, and connect you to the best practices from our customers around the world.

The global health crisis is creating new realities for all of us.
